Questions

Is this a direct QuickBooks connection?

No. You download a CSV and upload it in QuickBooks Online under Banking › Upload transactions. Nothing connects to your QuickBooks account.

Which banks are supported?

Mashreq (Neo and Online Banking), RAKBANK, ADIB and Emirates Islamic. We only list banks we have tested end to end.

Is my statement stored?

Uploads and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours, and you can delete them sooner. We never sell or share your data.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. Converting and viewing the result and the spending analysis is free, and signed-in free users can download 3 pages a month. Larger volumes need a plan.

What if a number is wrong?

Every conversion is checked against the opening and closing balance on the statement. If the totals do not reconcile, we tell you instead of hiding it.
