Questions
Is this a credit assessment?
No. It is a summary of what your bank statement shows. Lenders use your gross salary and credit-bureau data (for example SIMAH in Saudi Arabia or AECB in the UAE), which a statement does not include.
What DBR limits do Saudi lenders use?
SAMA's Responsible Lending Principles cap salary-linked finance deductions at 33.33% of gross salary (25% for retirees). For monthly income up to SAR 25,000, obligations excluding real-estate finance must not exceed 45% of total monthly income. Above that, the lender's credit policy applies.
How many months should I upload?
Upload every statement the lender asked for. You can drop several PDFs at once; months from the same account are merged.
Is my statement stored?
Uploads and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours, and you can delete them sooner. We never sell or share your data.
