Your statement is used for one thing: converting it for you.

• Uploaded PDFs and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can delete them sooner with “Delete now”.
• We never sell, share, or train models on your data.
• We store a SHA-256 fingerprint of each file so the same upload is never charged twice. It’s deleted with the file.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card.
• Files that fail standard parsing may be processed by an AI provider (Google Gemini) to extract transactions. Only the extracted page text and, for scanned or unusual layouts, page images are sent. The provider does not store them for us, and the result is only used if it balances to the cent. Admins can turn this off.
